Use this guide to troubleshoot common reasons why the People Chart may not display people correctly.

Scenario 1: Employment row end date conflict

Employment history dates conflict and a person does not appear in the People Chart.

What to do

1. Open the person's employment history in Sympa HR.
2. Find the earlier employment row and check the Last day of employment field.
3. If the employment is still active, remove the Last day of employment.
4. If the earlier employment really ended, change the next row so it starts after that end date.
5. Save the changes and reopen the People Chart to confirm the person appears correctly.
